NegativeEV is a sports-simulation and analysis tool. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.

What NegativeEV is — and isn't

NegativeEV simulates games and estimates how often a bet would win, then compares that estimate to the sportsbook's price. Everything it shows — probabilities, edges, verdicts, and written reads — is information and opinion for your own analysis. It is NOT betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place or avoid any wager.

NegativeEV is not a sportsbook. It does not accept, place, broker, or settle bets, and it never handles your money. Any bet you make is your own decision, made with a third party, at your own risk.

No guarantee of accuracy or results

The simulations are statistical estimates, not predictions of what will happen. A bet the model calls "good value" can still lose. NegativeEV makes no guarantee that its estimates are accurate, that following them is profitable, or that you will win or avoid losses. Past model performance does not promise future results.

Eligibility

Use NegativeEV only if you are old enough to gamble legally where you live — at least 18, and 21 in many places — and only where using sports-betting information is lawful. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

NegativeEV is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute its output, don't try to break, overload, or work around the site's limits or protections, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Provided "as is"

The site and everything on it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, NegativeEV is not liable for any loss or damage — including money lost on bets — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its estimates. Your use of NegativeEV is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the product does. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
